Use of the Platform
Customers are responsible for configuring their business profile, communication settings, and team access accurately. The platform should not be used for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive communications.
AI Communications
AI-generated responses are provided to assist with customer intake and communication. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important interactions, complying with industry rules, and handling escalations appropriately.
Billing
Subscription pricing, promo codes, usage limits, and overage charges are shown during checkout or in billing settings. Plan changes may be prorated by Stripe.
Availability
Service availability can be affected by third-party service providers for hosting, payments, messaging, voice calls, AI responses, storage, and deployment.
