This policy explains the evidence White and Decker requires before a guide, product claim, or comparison is published.

Source standard
Product capabilities and prices must be checked against the current White and Decker product experience or approved product records. Competitor facts must be tied to a dated, publicly available primary source such as the vendor's product, pricing, help, or policy page.
Comparison methodology
A comparison should state what was reviewed, when it was reviewed, which sources support factual differences, and which customer needs each option may fit. Shared marketing language is not a substitute for a source-backed comparison. If evidence is missing, the claim is removed, qualified, or held for review.
Authors, dates, and corrections
Published guides show the responsible organization and their publication and update dates. White and Decker does not create fictional authors or credentials. Send correction requests to support@whiteanddecker.com.
High-risk examples
Healthcare, legal, emergency, privacy, and compliance examples must describe product limitations and must not imply professional advice, emergency coverage, or regulatory compliance that has not been independently reviewed and approved.
